    You will be the champion for learning, always striving to do and be better, with a passion for releasing potential and enabling our people to be at their best.


    You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and across the studio to support Jagex in all aspects of learning and people development: analysing needs, designing and delivering targeted high impact content, identifying and managing external learning providers and ensuring all learning activities are improving our ability to execute and retain exceptional talent.


    The custodian for a learning culture, you will connect people with content and learning opportunities that enable career building opportunities and greater companywide execution.

    As part of your role, you will:

    • Identify the development needs of the business through a range of techniques (TLNA, analysis of data, feedback, observation, business/strategic objectives).
    • Design and deliver innovative, targeted training solutions across the business that are aligned with individual and business needs as identified through relevant learning objectives and across a range of different learning methods including e-learning.
    • Work with HR Business Partners, stakeholders and individuals to provide timely learning experiences for both behavioural and technical knowledge/skills in line with business needs.
    • Analyse L&D requirements and needs to develop, deliver and evaluate learning experiences to drive professional development and improve business capabilities.
    • Maintain smooth running of the company's L&D offerings across the organisation such as the Skills Development offering and Management Development program as well as other coaching and mentoring platforms.
    • Play a key role in the design, delivery and management of the company induction programme working with internal experts and stakeholders such as recruitment, HR and line managers to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
    • Track budgets and negotiate all contracts and speaking arrangements within the business.
    • Network at both internal and external events as an advocate for the company, utilising your network to provide best-in-class training for the business.
    • Develop and maintain the L&D and supporting intranet spaces, online learning portals and groups to promote learning and development offerings.
    • Manage and develop the relationship with external training brokers and suppliers to manage training requests or needs.
    • Be able to measure and demonstrate the ROI and success of training courses, capturing that and providing regular reporting.


    • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar.
    • Current knowledge of effective L&D methods.
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, including LMS systems.
    • Experience in the design and delivery of a range of training and ability to demonstrate this.
    • Experience in project management and budgeting.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
    • Professional certification, CIPD or other equivalent.
