Reporting to the HR Director you are a champion for learning, always striving to do and be better; with a passion for releasing potential and enabling our people to be at their best.
Working closely with the HR Business Partners and across the studio to support Jagex in all aspects of learning and people development; analysing needs, designing & delivering targeted high impact content, identifying & managing external learning providers and ensuring all learning activities are improving our ability to execute and retain exceptional talent.
The custodian for a learning culture, connecting people with content and learning opportunities that enable career building opportunities and greater companywide execution.
