    HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

     

    Reporting to the Live Events Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and optimisation of the game’s online store; using data-driven testing to implement improvements and campaigns to generate revenue across key monetisation channels.

    Please note this role is for a six month contract after which the position will be reviewed.

     

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Managing the store content pipeline, including setting Key Performance Indicators to drive content production to help maximise player value
    • Running an ongoing programme of A|B and multivariate tests to improve store KPIs
    • Working with commercial analysts to manage effective reporting of store performance and revenues
    • Working closely with other internal teams managing and optimizing online purchase pages
    • Co-ordinating and deliver campaigns for targeted bundles, special offers and discounts
    • Working with the RuneScape community to manage player satisfaction and respond to player needs
    • Collaborating with the Live Events Manager and Product Manager in the creation and maintenance of RuneScape's commercial strategy.

    WHAT WE NEED

    • Experience in the games industry, particularly MMO and Free to Play
    • A deep understanding of monetisation techniques and best practice within games
    • Experience of Agile/Scrum development process including use of JIRA/Confluence
    • Experience and ability to communicate ideas to stakeholders
    • Ability to work well within a performance driven team
    • Basic knowledge of RuneScape – advanced knowledge advantageous
    • Strong written and verbal communications
