    As producer for one of our flagship titles, Oldschool RuneScape, the biggest retro MMORPG worldwide, you will be responsible for the successful management and execution of all projects across the game team. You will lead the Project Management of interdisciplinary teams, working closely with department leads to ensure projects meet appropriate goals, scoping, and execution. This role acts as a point of contact for all team communication and leadership in particular. You will apply best practices for a multiple agile team environment, evolving processes, communication and tools.




    • Proven Production experience in the games industry
    • Released titles on PC/Console or Mobile
    • Experience of managing development teams
    • Experience with any of the following - Jira, Hansoft, Trello or similar package
    • A strong Communicator
    • Economic and/or Project Management degrees or live service environment expertise are a plus!



    • Be able to lead, inspire and motivate the teams working on the game, and maintain enthusiasm for the project
    • Champion and elevate Agile methodologies within the development teams, supporting the team owners
    • Work collaboratively with the development teams and remove obstacles to ensure an efficient development process
    • Provide clear, concise status reports, verbally or written at all times, demonstrating an awareness of the team priorities, current tasks, risks and conflicts
    • Be able to multitask and prioritize, managing people, time and resources
    • Create good working relationships, managing cross team communication of development to all areas of the business
    • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, acting as the voice of production within the Leadership group
    • Have good organisational and problem-solving abilities, managing the scoping and delivery process
    • Have good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
    • Have good knowledge of games and the games industry
    • Ensure you are available as needed for live-streams and other video work
